Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns for defective products only. If you receive an item that is damaged, broken, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.

  • The item must be in its original packaging (where possible).
  • You will need to provide a photo or description of the defect when contacting us.
  • Once approved, we will arrange collection or provide a return address.

Refunds

Once the returned defective item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
  • If you paid cash on delivery, the refund will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened tea products (unless defective).
  • Gift sets that have been unsealed.
  • Custom or personalised orders.

Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges. If you would like to swap a product for a different item or variant, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.

  • The original item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be asked to pay the difference. If it is of lower value, we will refund the difference.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer's responsibility unless the exchange is due to a defective product.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our team with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
  • Reason for the return/exchange (with a photo of the defect, if applicable).
